My Favourite Recipes


 Porterhouse salad 
 - Porterhouse steak
 - Mushrooms
 - Avocado
 - Cheese
 - Tomato Sauce

 - Lettuce

Cook porterhouse steak, once cooked remove from pan, put mushrooms in pan and cook, cut steak into bite size pieces. Wash lettuce and arrange on plate. Put steak pieces on top of lettuce. Put mushrooms on top of steak pieces. Cover with cheese and sauce and then add avocado and enjoy. It is a quick and simple dish, but oh so yummy.

Easy Egg & Bacon Pie
 - 1/2 cup GF self raising flour
 - 1 1/2 cups Milk
 - 1/2 tsp mustard (optional)
 - 4 eggs
 - 4 slices of bacon (cut into pieces)
 - 1 TBS chopped parsley
 - 1 cup grated cheese

Beat all ingredients together. Pour into greased quiche dish. Cook in moderate oven for approx 40 to 50 mins, until the bottom has browned and the middle set.

Cheese & Garlic Pizza
 - 3 GF tortilla rounds
 - 16 cloves garlic
 - 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
 - 2 cups grated mozzarella

Preheat oven to 230 degrees celsius. Peel garlic, wrap in aluminium foil and roast in over for 15 minutes. Remove and cool. Lay one tortilla flat and spread 1/3 garlic, 1/3 parmesan and 1/3 mozzarella. Lay second tortilla on top and repeat process, lay third tortilla on top and repeat process. Cook for 15mins or until cheese bubbles and turns golden brown.

GF Chicken Caesar
 - Chicken breast - cut in eatable pieces
 - Lettuce
 - GF croutons
 - Bacon
 - GF Caesar sauce (I use the Kraft brand)
 - Parmesan cheese
 - Avocado


Wash lettuce, place in bowl, spread out leaving room in the middle for the other ingredients. Cook the chicken and place on top of the lettuce once cooked. Cook the bacon and put on top of the chicken. Put on some of the parmesan cheese. Put on the Caesar topping. Add some more cheese (if you like) add the avocado and top with croutons. A very easy and yummy dish.
